We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about shipping at heatpads.co.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Estimates begin after the 1-3 day processing period. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors can affect arrival.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be reflected in your cart.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress at any time. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, contact us at heatingpadsco@gmail.com.
Delivery Issues
Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stuck Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location
- Ask neighbors or building staff
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early
- If still missing, contact us at heatingpadsco@gmail.com
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the package and contents and email us within 7 days at heatingpadsco@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Future International Orders)
Currently we ship within the US only. International shipping may be offered in the future. If so, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order is sent for processing and can't be changed or canceled. Email us at heatingpadsco@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
