Q: Are the heated wraps safe to use? Yes. Our products are designed with safety in mind, featuring auto shut-off timers, low-voltage USB power, and tested materials. Always follow the instructions included with your product.
Q: How do I control the temperature? Most of our wraps come with 3 or more adjustable heat settings, controlled with a simple one-button operation. Color-coded indicators show the current heat level.
Q: How are they powered? Most of our products use USB power and are compatible with power banks, laptops, wall adapters, and car USB ports. A few items use a plug-in adapter. Each product page lists the exact power source.
Q: Can I use them while sleeping? We recommend using our products while awake and supervised. Several of our wraps come with auto shut-off timers, but for safety we suggest you don't fall asleep with them on.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Currently we focus on shipping within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
Q: How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package from our warehouse to your door.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged or defective? We're sorry that happened. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
